If you are feeling the pain to copy-paste every ‘SYMBOLS’ in TradingView then here is a simple way to do the same

  1. Download the list of NIFTY 500 stocks from this website https://www1.nseindia.com/products/content/equities/indices/nifty_500.htm
  2. Once the list is downloaded then convert the SYMBOLS in the below-given format
SYMBOL FORMATTING

3. Instead of doing things manually do the following

a. Arrange the data in the following manner👇 (You have to manually add NSE: in front of every SYMBOL and COMMA (,) at the end of every SYMBOL so the data in that manner. Make use of CTRL D it will speed up the process

DATA ARRANGEMENT

b. Make use of CONCATENATE function in EXCEL and create the last column (fourth) in this manner👇

CONCATENATE FUNCTION IN EXCEL

4. Now the last column you have created is the FINAL RESULT you will use for COPY — PASTING on TRADING VIEW.

5. Open TRADINGVIEW (https://in.tradingview.com/) and do the following

a. Click on the ADD (+) button beside WATCHLIST

ADD BUTTON

b. Once you will click on the ‘ADD’ button this👇 window will open where you should COPY & PASTE the data from the last column created above and press ENTER.

COPY — PASTING WINDOW

That’s it your WATCHLIST is ready with 500 stocks no more pain of toggling here and there just keep on scanning charts and find the best opportunities

(There are like 4–5 SYMBOLS that will not match that you have update manually rest all will work very fine)
